Sì, quitt ha un contratto di impegno per gli azionisti. Esso stabilisce essenzialmente che la ServiceHunter AG ha il diritto di costringere i suoi azionisti a vendere le loro azioni se il 75% di tutti gli azionisti desidera vendere. Questa cosiddetta “clausola di squeeze-out” impedisce a un azionista di minoranza di bloccare la vendita a un acquirente che desidera acquistare il 100% della ServiceHunter AG.
